RESOLUTION no 2

To organize the first regional artistic and pedagogical event of theatre schools in the Asia-Pacific region, in June 2009, in Shanghai

The artistic manifestation will include :
1.themed workshops done by students(themes to be decided: Singapore and Indonesia will lead the search for the theme);
2.full theatre productions that reflect the cultural specificity of each particular country and theatre school (Beijing, Vietnam and Shanghai will lead the program);
3.master classes(India and Indonesia will lead the study on screening and planning);
4.research seminars (Malaysia and New Zealand will lead the program);
5.other possibilities:
collaborations (Vietnam and ATE from Philippines will lead the program),
new writings (New Zealand and Australia will lead the program)

In creating possibilities member schools commend the following aims:

Confidence

Workshop themes have to be decided by the end of September.
All other decisions by the end of November.
