The Opening Ceremony of the Scene and Exhibition Play "Time 1978" 08/09/2008

At 10：30a.m. September 8，The opening ceremony of the scene and exhibition play “Time 1978”（One of the 2008 Shanghai International Biennale Events）was held in STA. The leaders present at the opening ceremony included Mr.Yu Guosheng，Deputy Director of Shanghai Municiple People Congress Financial and Economic Commission；Mr. Bei Genyuan, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municiple Political Consultative Conference Committee of Education，Science，Culture，Health and Sports and Party Secretary of SMG；Mr. Wang Qi，Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission； Mr. Liu Wenguo， Deputy Director of 2008 Shanghai International Biennale Organizing Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Municipal Culture，Radio Broadcasting，Film and Television Administration. Leaders of STA， Mr. He Shouchang， Han Sheng， Ge Lang， Liu Zhigang were present at the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided by Mr. Ge Lang， Vice Party Secretary and Vice President of STA.

President of Jingan District Culture Administration， Mr. Shi Wenbin， Director of Shanghai Sculpture Space Mr. Zheng Peiguang and Vice President of STA Mr. Han Sheng delivered their speeches during the ceremony，showing their rejoicing at and gratitude for the opening of “Time 1978”. Mr. Liu Wenguo， Deputy Director of 2008 Shanghai International Biennale Organizing Committee and Vice President of Shanghai Municipal Culture，Radio Broadcasting，Film and Television Administration declared open the play. The leaders cut the ribbon for “Time 1978” at the opening ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, the leaders and guests watched the play with great interest.
