Student of Dept.of Broadcasting/TV Programming and Directing Winning Five Awards 09/10/2008

Li Jialin (the Grade 06 student of Dept.of Broadcasting/TV Programming and Directing) Winning Five Awards in “The 3rd Metroer Cellflix Festival”

In memory of the 90th anniversary of the birth of the renowned Sweden director Ingmar Bergman, “The 3rd Metroer Cellflix Festival” co-organised by The Consulate General of Sweden in Shanghai, Swedish Institute, Embassy of Sweden, VisitSweden and “Metroer.com” had its closing and awarding ceremony in Shanghai on September 5, 2008.

The theme of the film festival this time is “Men and Women”. The works are limited to 3minutes and should be uploaded to the internet. The festival lasted for several months during which experts and netizens judged and voted for the works. At last, nine awards were given to their winners.

Li Jialin, the Grade 06 student of Dept.of Broadcasting/TV Programming and Directing of STA won five awards with his comedy “Breast ＆Ring”. He also got the chance to have a free seven-day travel in Sweden provided by VisitSweden.

Metroer Cellflix is widely known home and abroad. The winners of the 1st and 2nd award last year were invited to the Pompidou Pocket Film Festival in Paris as well as the Micro Film Festival in Lisbon.
