Doctor of Theatrical Arts Mr. Kent Sjöström from Sweden Gives a Lecture in STA 27/10/2008

On the afternoon of October 23，accompanied by Prof. Fang Fang Director of Department of TV Directing，Doctor of Theatrical Arts Mr. Kent Sjöström from Sweden gave a speech Actors in Action-the Strategy of Body and Mind on Lianhua Road campus of Shanghai Theater Academy.

This is the first cooperation and communication between Dr. Kent and STA. On the morning of October 23，Dr. Kent watched a lesson in Dance College, STA.

In the lecture，Dr. Kent described his ideas of theatrical performance and answered many questions of the teachers and students with his rich stage experience. He mentioned that body language was more important than oral language. He also acclaimed the splendid actions in Peking Opera.

Prof. Fang Fang said in the concluding speech that STA expected to further the cooperation and communication with Dr. Kent.

On the evening of October 23, Dr. Kent did a detailed analysis on The Merry Wives of Windsor for the students of College of Chinese Opera at Lianhua Road campus of Shanghai Theater Academy.
