Students from Swedish University Visiting STA 13/03/2009

Class 07 at Department of Broadcasting/TV Programming and Directing welcomed Glenn， Georgie， Mathew, Bonnie， Ceclia and the other students from University College of Film，Radio，Television and Theatre on the morning of March 6. An academic discussion presided over by Prof. Fang Fang，Dean of the department started right after their arrival.
In the morning，they watched Simple Julia，a short movie which has won the highest prize in Sweden，and some sidelight of the other students’work together. Simple Julia was directed by Ceclia and Bonnie. The two of them introduced their experience of making the movie from planning to the completion and the overall teaching condition of their major.

In the afternoon，two pieces by STA students are shared. One is Day and Night，by Wang Danni from TV Programming Class 06，the other is Endless Railway，graduation program of Xu Ye from TV Programming Class 03. Both of them were just nominated by the Chinese College Students Film Festival Committee. Students from both sides had a heated discussion after the movie show.

Professor Zhao Wu，class teacher of TV Programming Class 06 introduced the general status of TV Programming major in Shanghai Theatre Academy and commented pithily on the movies.
