Delegation from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Visiting STA 25/03/2009

Yesterday morning，delegation from Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts led by Professor Kevin Thompson，President of HKAPA and Dr Xu Wenchao，Vice President visited our academy. Heads of STA，Han Sheng，Sun Huizhu and other directors of departments attended the reception meeting in the Virtual Simulation Laboratory. The delegation is made up of 18 including Professor Leung Nai-kong，Council Chairman；Mr William Au Weng-hei，Dr Peter Kwok Viem，Council Members；Professor Anita Donaldson，Dean of Dance School；Dr David Jiang， Dean of Drama School and so on. The reception meeting was chaired by Sun Huizhu，Vice President of STA.

On behalf of our academy，Han Sheng，Vice President （in charge） expressed our welcome to the delegation and introduced the facts of STA to them. The both sides agreed that they had many things in common such as teaching modes and training aims. The two academies wished to strengthen communication and seek broader develepment space.

Afetr the reception meeting，the delegation visited the Huashan Road Campus with great interest.
