Hong Kong Delegation of Art Circles Visits STA 06-11-2009

This Morning， more than 30 delegates from Hong Kong visited STA， led by Ma Fengguo， Chairman of Hong Kong Arts Development Council. STA President Han Sheng， Jin Yonglin，director of International office，and deputy director Zhang Yunlei met the delegation in Foxi Building.

Han Sheng introduced the history and development of STA and answered questions in regard to arts education， productions， and student employment. Afterwards， the delegation visited Academy Theatre，Duanjun Theatre， New Performance Space， etc.， and watched the intro of virtual rehearsals with multi-media technology in Virtual Simulation Laboratory.

After the tour，Ma Fengguo said that STA is the most advanced art institute he has ever seen， in terms of facilities and other resources.

This visit was planned and organized by Hong Kong Arts Development Council， aiming at increasing the artistic exchange between Hong Kong and the Yangtze River Delta， strengthen the mutual understanding， and be  ready for further cooperation.
